YouTube Rainmakers (the “Company”) provides digital online courses and marketing consulting services under both Done-For-You (DFY) and Done-With-You (DWY) packages. We are committed to transparent business practices and uphold the highest standards of e-commerce compliance. This means clearly communicating how our products are delivered, what your rights and obligations are as a client, and how we protect your interests.
This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver our digital products and services, our refund and cancellation terms, the conditions for any promotions, and client obligations. The policy is designed to meet Stripe’s requirements for digital product businesses and card network rules, ensuring you have clear information and a secure, trustworthy purchasing experience when you do business with us.
Description of Services
We offer digital products and services only – no physical goods. Below is a complete description of our offerings:
• Online Courses: We provide self-paced online training courses (for example, our flagship Rainmaker Course) that teach professionals – such as lawyers, financial advisors, and other service providers – how to grow their presence on YouTube. These courses are delivered entirely online through video modules, downloadable materials, and access to a secure course portal. Upon purchase, customers receive login credentials or enrollment instructions to access the content.Â
Consulting & DFY Services: In addition to courses, we offer personalized consulting (“Done-With-You”) and fully managed marketing services (“Done-For-You”) focused on YouTube marketing. These service packages typically span a 6-month engagement during which we collaborate with you (or work on your behalf) to build and optimize your YouTube channel. All content and deliverables for these services are provided digitally (for example: video content, strategy documents, online meeting sessions, content calendars, and analytics reports).
No physical products are sold or shipped in any of our programs – everything is delivered electronically. As a result, there are no shipping or export restrictions on our services; our digital offerings are generally available to clients worldwide (except where prohibited by law).
Delivery of Digital Products and Services Digital Course Access:
For online course purchases, access is delivered via email with your login credentials or enrollment link immediately upon payment (and at most within 24 hours of purchase). This allows you to begin accessing the course content through our portal as soon as your enrollment is processed. If you do not see the access email right away, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Consulting/DFY Service Delivery:
For consulting (DWY) and managed (DFY) service packages, fulfillment is coordinated directly with you after sign-up. Once you purchase a consulting or DFY package, our team will reach out (typically within 1–2 business days) to schedule an onboarding call. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals and establish a plan and schedule for delivering the services.
We then provide the agreed-upon services over the course of the contract period (usually six months). Key deliverables such as strategy plans, content calendars, video scripts, and analytics reports will be delivered to you digitally (for example, via email or shared cloud folders). Any video content created as part of a DFY service will be delivered by uploading it directly to your YouTube channel (with your permission) or provided via a secure file download, as appropriate.
Delivery Timeline:
We strive to meet all timeline commitments outlined in your service agreement. In general, major deliverables occur within the first three months of the engagement (the “fulfillment period”), followed by ongoing support or additional content as specified in your contract for the remainder of the six-month term. Because all products are delivered electronically, there are no physical shipping times or fees to consider.

No Free Trials
We do not offer free trial periods for our paid courses or consulting services under normal circumstances. All purchases are for the full access to the digital product or service as described. In the event we ever introduce a free trial or preview offer as part of a special promotion, we will clearly communicate the terms and duration of that trial upfront. (Any free resources we provide are standalone complimentary materials, not time-limited trials of our core paid products.)
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and often involve significant up-front work or instant access to proprietary content, we do not offer refunds for purchases except under specific circumstances. In plain terms, all sales are final unless we fail to fulfill our obligations to you as described below. If YouTube Rainmakers fails to deliver the services or digital deliverables promised in your agreement within the agreed timeframe – that is, if we do not fulfill our obligations as outlined in our contract with you – then you are entitled to request a refund. Such refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we confirm that we did not provide a significant portion of the service as contracted, we will issue an appropriate refund for the portion not delivered (this could be a full or prorated refund, depending on the extent of the unfulfilled work). Outside of the above scenario of non-fulfillment by the company, we do not grant refunds. Once you gain access to a digital course or we commence a consulting service for you, you have received valuable knowledge, content, and resources that cannot be returned. Therefore, we will not issue refunds for situations such as: • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after purchase • Failure to use or lack of time to engage with the course or service • Dissatisfaction with the content after a substantial portion has been accessed or delivered (This policy is standard for intangible digital products and services in the industry.) We encourage you to carefully evaluate our offerings and ask any questions before making a purchase. Cancellation Policy
Our services are generally sold as one-time purchases or fixed-duration contracts, rather than open-ended subscriptions. When you enroll in a 6-month program or purchase access to a digital course, you are committing to the full term of that service. Cancellations or early termination initiated by the client are not permitted under normal circumstances, due to the extensive planning and resource allocation that begins immediately upon enrollment. In other words, you may not simply cancel halfway through and expect a refund for the unused portion of the service (except in the situation covered under our Refund Policy above, where we failed to deliver as promised).
For services that involve installment payment plans or subscriptions (if applicable), the schedule and amount of payments will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete your purchase or sign an agreement. By agreeing to such a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed installments over the contract period. If, for some reason, you need to request a cancellation of a subscription or payment plan, you must contact us to discuss the situation. Please note that cancelling a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of any past payments, and any materials or services already delivered will remain subject to the no-refund terms above. We reserve the right to consider exceptions in truly extraordinary circumstances, but we are not obligated to provide cancellations or refunds beyond the conditions stated in this policy.
In the unlikely event that YouTube Rainmakers must cancel a service you’ve purchased (for example, if due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to continue a program or project on our end), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a fair resolution. This would typically include a prorated refund for any portion of the service that was paid for but not yet delivered, or another arrangement that we mutually agree upon. Return Policy Due to the nature of digital products and services, there is no physical item to return. Once access to an online course is granted or a service deliverable (such as a digital file or consultation) has been provided, it cannot be "returned" or undone. Therefore, we do not have a traditional return or exchange process for our digital offerings. If you encounter any issue with the product or service you purchased, we will address it through the refund and support policies outlined above. For example, if some content was not delivered as promised or you experience a technical problem accessing your course, we will work with you to correct the issue and ensure you receive everything as described. We stand by the quality of our digital content and services, and will make every effort to ensure you get the full value of your purchase. If any digital content is defective or inaccessible due to an error on our part, we will fix it or provide alternative access so that you receive the complete product you paid for.
Promotions and Bonuses
From time to time, we may offer promotional bonuses or special deals to add value for our clients. Any such promotions will be accompanied by clear terms and conditions, which we will disclose upfront. We do not engage in misleading or hidden promotions—our goal is to ensure you know exactly what you are getting when you take advantage of an offer. Below are examples of promotions we might run, along with how they are fulfilled: • Complimentary Mini-Courses: Occasionally, we include a free mini-course or similar digital resource as a bonus for signing up for one of our paid programs. Such bonus content is provided at no additional charge and delivered digitally (often via email or through our course portal) at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter. Any eligibility requirements for receiving the bonus (for example, being a new client or purchasing during a specific promotional period) will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Bonus courses have no cash value and are not transferable. In the event that a main service purchase that included a bonus is ever refunded (in the rare case a refund is granted per our policy), your access to the bonus course will be revoked since the bonus was contingent on the main purchase.Â
DFY Client Perks: Clients who enroll in our Done-For-You service package (sometimes referred to as Rainmaker Productions) receive complimentary access to our flagship YouTube marketing course as part of the package. This course access is a value-added perk to support your learning while we manage your YouTube marketing. Access to the course will be granted shortly after the DFY service contract begins, and it will remain available for at least the duration of your service (in many cases, we extend access beyond the contract period as a courtesy). This free access is provided as long as your DFY service agreement is active; if the DFY agreement is terminated early or rendered void, standard access fees for the course may apply should you wish to continue accessing that content independently. All promotional offers (including any discounts, bonuses, or free trials, should we ever offer them) will include explicit terms such as eligibility criteria, expiration dates, and any special conditions. We present promotions in compliance with Stripe’s transparency requirements and industry best practices. In short, there are no hidden strings attached – any deal or bonus will be clearly explained so you can make an informed decision about participating.
Client Commitments and Restrictions When you enter into a service agreement with YouTube Rainmakers (particularly our consulting or DFY programs), you agree to certain additional terms intended to protect both your investment and our business’s proprietary knowledge. These terms are part of our contract with you and are disclosed here for transparency: 1. Exclusivity During Service: For the duration of our active fulfillment period – generally the initial three months of the six-month program, during which we are actively creating and delivering content for you – you agree not to engage any other company or consultant offering similar YouTube marketing services in your immediate geographic area. This ensures that efforts are not duplicated or working at cross-purposes, and it allows us to provide you with focused, exclusive attention. (Similarly, we avoid taking on another client in the exact same niche and region during your fulfillment period, to maintain exclusivity for your benefit.) This mutual exclusivity helps maximize results for you without any conflicts of interest. 2. Non-Compete After Service: By joining our program, you gain access to specialized course materials, strategies, and know-how. You agree that you will not use the knowledge or materials obtained from YouTube Rainmakers to create a directly competing coaching or marketing service for a period of three (3) years after your fulfillment is complete. In other words, you should not start a business substantially similar to YouTube Rainmakers (for example, a YouTube marketing coaching program or agency) using the insights or intellectual property from our course or consulting sessions, for three years following the end of your service with us. This clause is intended to protect our intellectual property and the integrity of our content. (Note: This does not restrict you from using the YouTube growth knowledge and skills you learn to improve your own business or even to help friends/colleagues informally. It only restricts the establishment of a directly competing service that leverages our proprietary methods within that three-year period.) If a client is found to be in violation of either of the above commitments, it will be considered a breach of contract. We reserve the right to terminate any ongoing services and/or pursue appropriate legal remedies if these terms are violated. These restrictions are not meant to hinder your personal or business growth – on the contrary, they ensure that our clients receive unique value and that the strategies we share with you maintain their effectiveness and exclusivity. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding these terms, which ultimately benefit all our clients by preserving the value of our services.
Pricing, Payment, and Currency All prices for our courses and service packages are listed in United States Dollars (USD), which is the transaction currency. The price shown for each product or program is the final price for that item (excluding any applicable taxes). If sales tax or VAT applies, it will be clearly calculated and disclosed at checkout before you complete payment. We do not add any hidden surcharges or fees. If we offer any discount or special promotion on the price, it will be applied or clearly noted at checkout so you can see exactly what you are paying. We accept major credit and debit cards as forms of payment, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You will see the logos of these card brands displayed on our checkout page to indicate the payment methods we accept. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By entering into a payment plan, you authorize YouTube Rainmakers to charge your saved payment method for each installment as agreed.
